Cometh the Hour, cometh the Man.....

Bringing a young male alpaca into work as a stud can sometimes be straight forward and simple, sometimes however, it can be a little frustrating. People often ask the best way to get a maturing male into work if he is lacking in confidence. Short of getting on all fours and showing him yourself, it's often handy to have a more experienced stud on farm to show him the way.

Wellground Tchaikovsky is a maturing young (fawn) male who has recently started working, he didn't need much help at all. But Close Encounter insists on showing Tchai the best techniques that he has gathered through years of practice ;o))

" Watch this Tchai, do it like this....."

"Thanks mate, but I am doing just fine...."

I am not sure if Tchaikovsky should be mentioning that he is mating the World Champion Brown Huacaya, and was chosen over Close Encounter for that task, but actually, I don't think Close Encounter cares two hoots.

But for Tchaikovsky today a few wise works from Rudyard Kipling probably apply.....

If you can fill the unforgiving minute

With sixty seconds worth of distance run

Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,

And -- which is more -- you'll be a Man, my son!
